Port Moody's Brewer's Row

Port Moody is a small town outside of Vancouver on Burrand Inlet with five breweries in two blocks!

It is super easy to access Port Moody via public transportation with a Compass Card, I definitely recommend visiting while you’re in the Vancouver area. Check out all of my Vancouver recommendations here!

This area of Port Moody is called Brewer’s Row, because—you guessed it—the five breweries are all in a row down Murray Street.

Twin Sails Brewing

A cool spot with chill vibes and delicious beers! Their ‘Would Crush’ Raspberry Wheat Ale was refreshing and flavorful.

I loved that their brew area was exposed and they had the garage door open to let in the cool fresh air.

As a heads up the space is small so if you are going at a peak time it might be hard to snag a seat!

They had a couple of small snacks available for purchase if you’re feeling hungry.

Yellow Dog Brewing

A super cute dog-themed brewery directly next door to Twin Sails!

They’ve got a back outdoor patio, a dog-friendly area in the front of the brewery, and overall a lot of space.

I was impressed with the beers, especially their Berliner Weisses! I would recommend getting a flight to try a few of their beers, plus it comes on a cute dog bone shaped board!

They’ve also got some small snacks available for purchase.

Parkside+Brewery

The Parkside Brewery

A bright and colorful brewery with super nice staff and delicious beers!

Their IPAs in particular were fantastic so I would recommend trying some of those first.

They have an outdoor space that has a dog-friendly area and a large garage door that opens up on nice days.

They’ve also got a shuffleboard table and other games to entertain you!

It is located directly across from Rocky Point Spray Park, which is how the brewery gets its name.

The Bakery Brewing

A trendy and stylish spot! It’s very sleek and has a nice patio out front.

I didn’t love the beer here as much as the other four spots on Brewer’s Row, but I would still recommend stopping in on your adventure!

Moody Ales

A small spot with an outdoor patio and tasty beers!

They have a larger variety of beers here, so it might be a good spot to do a flight!

Overall a very chill spot to kick back and enjoy some brews.

Other ideas while in Port Moody:

Black Sugar Coffeehouse : A nice coffee shop with delicious baked goods and coffee!

Caffe Divano: Another coffee shop in town with a full food menu

Shoreline Trail: A nice little trail to walk along, but the water was unfortunately really dried up while I was visiting. I’m sure it is gorgeous when there is water in the inlet!

Pro-tip: Start the trail near Caffee Divano after getting your coffee for the day and pop out right across from Twin Sails Brewing to being the ale trail!

Spacca Napoli Pizzeria: Solid pizza, good prices on drinks

Another brewery is coming soon to Port Moody as well, stay tuned here: Fraser Mills Fermentation Company
